A key word that you will see:

Fragmentation: a mental process where a person becomes intensely emotionally focused on one aspect of themselves, such as “I am angry” or “no one loves me,” to the point where all thoughts, feelings and behavior demonstrate this emotional state, in which, the person does not or is unable to take into account the reality of their environment, others or themselves and their resources. This is a term that my therapist and I use and is on the continuum of dissociation.

SOMETHING JUST FOR FUN

This week to say it has been heavy is an understatement, so I thought that I would post something fun today instead of what I had scheduled. Remember to leave your results and how it applies or doesn't in the comment section.

I think mine fits except for the respect part, but maybe I'm wrong. It might, but I thing that in love and in general it is "Do you understand me?"

My Power Color Is Red-Orange

At Your Highest:

You are warm, sensitive, and focused on your personal growth.

At Your Lowest:

You become defensive and critical if you feel attacked.

In Love:

You are loyal - but you demand the respect you deserve.

How You're Attractive:

You are very affectionate and inspire trust.

Your Eternal Question:

"Am I Respected?"

Hehe, I took a two-pronged attack at this one, I did it myself then I got someone close to me to fill it out the answers based on how they see me.
Based on my own answers:
Your Power Color Is Indigo
At Your Highest:
You are on a fast track to success - and others believe in you.

At Your Lowest:
You require a lot of attention and praise.

In Love:
You see people as how you want them to be, not as how they are.

How You're Attractive:
You're dramatic flair makes others see you as mysterious and romantic.

Your Eternal Question:
"Does This Work Into My Future Plans?"

Based on the answers of someone close to me:
Your power color is teal
At Your Highest:
You feel accomplished and optimistic about the future.

At Your Lowest:
You feel in a slump and lack creativity.

In Love:
You tend to be many people's ideal partner.

How You're Attractive:
You make people feel confident and accepted.

Your Eternal Question:
"What Impression Am I Giving?"

Personally I think both answers describe me pretty well, altho I *never* lack creativity!!

I'm glad you played along. It is interesting to have someone that knows you answer for you and that both fit.

Apparently my Power Color Is Lime Green

At Your Highest:
You are adventurous, witty, and a visionary.

At Your Lowest:
You feel misunderstood, like you don't fit in.

In Love:

You have a tough exterior, but can be very dedicated.

How You're Attractive:

Your self-awareness and confidence lights up a room.

Your Eternal Question:

"What else do I need in my life?"

>>I'm not sure I've ever 'lit up a room' in my life but we'll go with it anyway 'eh ;)

Fun. My color matched catatonic kid's -- lime green. But perhaps I'm an unreliable test-taker.

@ tracy...interesting color

@ jennifer...what do you mean bad test taker...there were not right or wrong answers...just for fun and the validity is just fun too.

bad test taker -- well, for something fun like this, it doesn't really matter (though clearly I think about it anyway. sheesh!), but I always wonder about my self-perception vs. reality. Shiv's approach is a good way to go about it.

Off to quiz my family and friends ... no, not really. I can be content with lime green.
