A key word that you will see:

Fragmentation: a mental process where a person becomes intensely emotionally focused on one aspect of themselves, such as “I am angry” or “no one loves me,” to the point where all thoughts, feelings and behavior demonstrate this emotional state, in which, the person does not or is unable to take into account the reality of their environment, others or themselves and their resources. This is a term that my therapist and I use and is on the continuum of dissociation.

Thank You for making such a great site. I really enjoy the people and the variety of topics. You make a difference in my life as I really enjoy visiting which helps with my depression. I also feel like sometimes I educate people a little about mental health.

You are very welcome. I am glad that your site is here.

clueless,

Sundays are really difficult days for me and religion is also a bit of a trigger. But, thank you for the video - it was beautiful! Actually didn't trigger at all just brought tears to my eyes and a feeling of peace. I needed that today.

I hope you are doing better today. I love your wordle and will have to try one myself later.

Take care and be safe,
Tamara

"Shout to the Lord" is one of my favorite worship songs. Thanks for posting it. I really needed to hear it and wouldn't have if you had not stopped by my blog for the first time today. Thanks for coming by and reading and commenting and for not wearing my dirty clothes :-) I'll be back to read more soon.

Tamara, I am sorry that Sundays are difficult for you, but glad that you were comforted today. Funny thing is that it triggers me too, but I felt that it was important to do something in honor of God on Sunday. I have to make sure when I am selecting something that I'm in a good space. Like today, I couldn't listen to it.
