A key word that you will see:

Fragmentation: a mental process where a person becomes intensely emotionally focused on one aspect of themselves, such as “I am angry” or “no one loves me,” to the point where all thoughts, feelings and behavior demonstrate this emotional state, in which, the person does not or is unable to take into account the reality of their environment, others or themselves and their resources. This is a term that my therapist and I use and is on the continuum of dissociation.

Come back to us CC, come back...

We're here, you're safe. You really are...

*Hugs* Dear, sweet, beautiful CC, we're here. Svasti is right.

I wish I could look you in the eye and show you I understand. I do. You don't even have to say a thing. You are so precious, and I hope you know a little of that.

I'm an open ear and a free shoulder whenever you need. But please, just be gentle with yourself. You deserve at least that.

Svasti & CK.

Thank you! I really needed that. I feel really bad and I am in such pain. I wish you both could hug me in person and let me just sob, snot and all. :-) Australia isn't that far away is it?

Its not as far away as the other side of the universe... but its a really really long drive!

Hugs all round I think! I coulda done with some of those the other week...

But let me state again - you're safe. Be here and breathe and know that!

My car won't go that far. "Be here, breathe." That is the whole trick, now isn't it.
