A key word that you will see:
Fragmentation: a mental process where a person becomes intensely emotionally focused on one aspect of themselves, such as “I am angry” or “no one loves me,” to the point where all thoughts, feelings and behavior demonstrate this emotional state, in which, the person does not or is unable to take into account the reality of their environment, others or themselves and their resources. This is a term that my therapist and I use and is on the continuum of dissociation.
I found this on the Go! Smell the Flowers site. I highly recommend it. It is a community that can discuss anything, but generally stays in the realm of inspiration, health, fun, travel, books, and media. I visit there at least one time per day. I really recommend checking it out for about a week to get a feel of it and just jump right in on any of the topics or discussions. Some get very interesting and some are just funny. I think, I'm backwards on this because I tend to wake up willing to kill for my first morning cup and get depressed as I have none in the evening.

I'm a big time coffee drinker and I loved that graph. Too funny!
::::waving:::::
Caffeine addict here. Addicted to ice tea.
And Diet Cherry Coke.
Loved the graph too.
I don't drink coffee, but I am a chocoholic. This chart works well for that addiction, too!
I was well addicted, id put like 3 heaped teaspoons in each cup of coffee. And i was crazy on diet coke etc etc. I cut aspartame and caffine out of my diet and believe me it was one hell of a cold turkey.
