A key word that you will see:

Fragmentation: a mental process where a person becomes intensely emotionally focused on one aspect of themselves, such as “I am angry” or “no one loves me,” to the point where all thoughts, feelings and behavior demonstrate this emotional state, in which, the person does not or is unable to take into account the reality of their environment, others or themselves and their resources. This is a term that my therapist and I use and is on the continuum of dissociation.

Were do we go to now?

With all of the health and current family events, I've been a bit off my initital track of sharing my past journals and posts on mental illness or other issues that are important to me.  So, next week, I'll start sharing my journals again and the following week is dedicated to National Eating Disorders Week.  You may also notice that on Saturdays I try to post something funny or inspirational and on Sunday's something about church including comedy.  Please take a look at Tim Hawkins comedy...he is very good.  My husband and I couldn't stop laughing at some  of his work like Short Songs and Deliah I will continue this.  I hope that you enjoy this blog as I plan to continue it...maybe reach 1000 posts!!!  (My poor fingers).  Have a great weekend!!

And, for those of you who will celebrate Valentine's Day...
