A key word that you will see:

Fragmentation: a mental process where a person becomes intensely emotionally focused on one aspect of themselves, such as “I am angry” or “no one loves me,” to the point where all thoughts, feelings and behavior demonstrate this emotional state, in which, the person does not or is unable to take into account the reality of their environment, others or themselves and their resources. This is a term that my therapist and I use and is on the continuum of dissociation.

Hello, I was drawn to your posts and in addition I have to admit, somewhat shocked by some of the content. My thoughts for your well being are truly with you. God bless you my friend. I drew inspiration from your courage and strength. I have been a depressive for 25 years and recently suffered a major depressive crash. Writing about my feelings has helped, especially with the crushing isolation, despair, hopelessness and suicidal thoughts. All the best. Leave a comment anytime and I will make sure I get back to you.

Clueless,

I feel like I have been away for a million years. It looks like you have had some really rough days lately. Although, as usual, you find your sense of humor and uplifting things to post in between. It might take me a bit to catch up completely with where you are but I wanted to stop by and say hello and you are in my thoughts.

((((CC)))),

I thought I'd stop by to give you a hug. Your next post has many comments, so I thought I'd step back from the madding crowd....

I know that you are in the best place you could be right now. I just wanted to let you know that it WILL get better.

Trust me. Only a couple of days ago, I couldn't understand the point of living. Now I remember. Hang in there.
