A key word that you will see:

Fragmentation: a mental process where a person becomes intensely emotionally focused on one aspect of themselves, such as “I am angry” or “no one loves me,” to the point where all thoughts, feelings and behavior demonstrate this emotional state, in which, the person does not or is unable to take into account the reality of their environment, others or themselves and their resources. This is a term that my therapist and I use and is on the continuum of dissociation.

Wow, that was intense. It's so hard to remember. Things like that bring back just how hard it was when I was first remembering.

It's hard to know, too.

But it gets easier.

NOS, Thank you! It was therapeutic to make also difficult.

Shen,

It was intense to make. Yes, the first memories are really difficult and I don't know how I continued to work full time and go through this...I guess, I really didn't work suffered. Truth is had to know...I like my fantasy world better. Yes, it does get easier. Again thank you for your support and encouragement.

take care,
CC
