A key word that you will see:

Fragmentation: a mental process where a person becomes intensely emotionally focused on one aspect of themselves, such as “I am angry” or “no one loves me,” to the point where all thoughts, feelings and behavior demonstrate this emotional state, in which, the person does not or is unable to take into account the reality of their environment, others or themselves and their resources. This is a term that my therapist and I use and is on the continuum of dissociation.

Hi CC!

Hope you're fine!

Oh my god that was amazing! I was so focused on the guy not having a leg that I didn't even notice till the end that the girl didn't have an arm! That was very inspirational thanks for that. Glad you're back :)

Jeff,

Yes, we all need each other.

Ana,

Thank you. 24 days of hospitalization is quite long, but necessary. Not fine, but getting there. Not dangerous and able to continue therapy and be safe.

SWQ,

I was going to post this later, but I felt it fitting and easy to do when I got home. It is very inspirational.

Wendy,

Thank you very much!!

After a long night with a soul full of tears that refused to be cried, I watched this video this morning; and it brought the release of those sobs....Not out of pity for the two dancers, but at the beauty of two human beings completing each other and creating beauty out out of their own personal pain and lack.
Thank you for sharing it.
